The holiday season is upon us and Throttle Life had the honor and pleasure to partner with Children’s National Health System for our annual Christmas Drive. It just so happens that our contact at Children’s National Health System, Christopher Lombardi, is also a motorcyclist with a cafe racer. Just another example of how bikes bring bonds and Throttle Life extends outside of riding bikes.
Heyser Cycle in Laurel MD served as the main drop off spot with the help from our great friend, supporter and motorcycle racer Ronnie Reese. Gifts were collected from MC clubs such as Game 7 Riders and various supporters of the cause.
Calling on our business partners and family with Automotive Rhythms and Fit Fathers, we were provided a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ to deliver the goods to Children’s National Health System.
“As blessed as we are, it is our duty to give back to those that are less fortunate than us” says Automotive Rhythms and Throttle Life Media and Marketing Manager, Adrian McQueen.
As we close out 2014 and move into 2015, look out for more community conscious events to help spread joy and cheer throughout the year.
