Import Expo came right into the heart of downtown D.C. for Sunday Funday, filling up the top level of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center with some of the hottest cars from the DMV and Tri-State area. There was no shortage of imports, domestics, muscle, trucks and exotic vehicles. The vibe inside the venue was electric with a true family feel with real friends and car show competitors having a great time. Kleen Edition and many more car clubs shut the event down with a lot of custom eye catching rides. Slammed and wide body vehicles were of no shortage in the room, as well as a large influx of performance modifications. It was evident that a lot of money and time had been invested into the rides showcased at this show.
A great mix of vendors were on site offering the latest in performance parts and accessories. The car show held competitions in various categories such as Best Engine, Best Wrap, Best in Class and more. A huge thank you must go out to Meguiar’s for coming on board as product sponsors for the event, giving away gifts to the crowd and show winners. The Import Expo show is really a scene taken right out of the films Fast & Furious and Need for Speed. Enjoy the photo gallery and see you next year.
