We recently were invited out by Ford to beautiful Maryville, Tennessee to preview the all new Bronco Off-Roadeo Experience. The Great Smoky Mountains, Tail of the Dragon and the Blue Ridge Parkway surround the new facility and trails. The Ford Bronco Off-Roadeo Tennessee location covers 1,000 acres of land that has been owned by the same family for over 80 years. The original farmhouse from 1932 remains on the premises, alongside a farm that generates agricultural, timber, and livestock products.
The weather was sunny and mild but we still had on our all-weather gear since we would be experiencing endless mountain peaks, mud and wooded trails. The Bronco Off-Roadeo Trail Guides instructed us on everything from vehicle set up and driving dynamics to recovery techniques. Each guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. There was a mini course at the facility where we had short driving sessions before we took to the trails. These trails were no cookie cutter routes, they were indeed the real deal and very exhilarating. The assistance from the guides helped me feel more confident behind the wheel and helped me to learn the Bronco’s capabilities. All attendees were given a Bronco or Bronco Sport to drive on the trails so owners will not need to drive their own.
The all-day Bronco Off-Roadeo Experience is complimentary to new Bronco and Bronco Sport owners who have ordered or purchased a qualifying 2022 or newer Bronco; 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands; or any 2023 or newer Bronco Sport.Those that are not owners can purchase a four-hour paid off-road journey with a guided instructor.
