We continued our tradition of tailgate parties during all home games for the 2024 NFL season at Northwest Stadium, home of the Washington Commanders. From little league up to the Pros, no football game is complete without a proper tailgate party. Ram was gracious enough to make our tailgate festivities complete with the 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock Edition.

The parking lot is the stage for fans to come together and celebrate the game with music, good food, beverages and jokes. As usual, tailgating is a fun experience for all involved to prepare for the impending and exciting match about to take place. During this time there was a lot of conversation about how the Ram trucks are one of the top prospects for anyone in the market for a truck.

The 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock Edition comes with a twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six making 420 hp and 469 lb-ft of torque. There is not much lag in the 8-speed automatic 8HP75 transmission. The Ram Warlock trim receives an Off-Road Package, which includes all-terrain tires, as well as unique 18-inch black painted aluminum wheels. The model we received came in a Forged Blue Metallic hue with black exterior trim, rear-locking differential, 1-inch raised suspension, performance-tuned shocks, skid plates, and Bilstein front and rear performance-tuned shock absorbers.  With all of this packaged up, I can see why we routinely received comments like “That must be fun to drive”.

The 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock Edition is not just a pickup truck. It is comparable to a luxury car with a bed for a trunk. This Ram was outfitted with the 6-speaker sound system, gauge cluster with 7” color display, a 8.4-Inch touchscreen display, media hub with USB ports, WIFI hot spot and the Ram Clean-Air system.

Patrons got in and out of the Ram agreeing that it was built tough enough to handle large workloads, and was spacious when it came to the cabin size. Everyone noticed how cargo space was not a concern being that the model we tested came with Pick-Up Box lighting, Spray-In Bedliner by Mopar, an exterior 115V AC outlet, Deployable Bed-Step by Mopar and 4-Adjustable Cargo Tie-Down Hooks by Mopar. This was essential being that we had to load up grills, tables, chairs, coolers and more.

The Ram 1500 Warlock Edition served as the centerpiece of discussion during the event, especially with the custom wrap it had and the power tailgate that open and closed with a slight touch. Local TV station NBC Sports Washington came out, while Radio One station, Majic 102.3 supplied the tunes that everyone could groove to. The crowd was festive and ready to cheer on their respective teams. We are looking forward to more tailgate parties with Ram next year. Enjoy the photo gallery.
